Keith Mason: The Man Who Bullies Himself
Disgraced former rugby player, turned extra actor Keith Mason is back in the spotlight—and surprise, surprise, it’s not for anything good! This time, the drama comes gift wrapped by none other than his girlfriend, Nicole Hudson. Nicole, thank you for this. Truly. I can’t believe I almost let this one slip past without reporting on it! Had you not of messaged me casting shade on a stroke victim—your boyfriends EX GIRLFRIEND—for her change in accent, I may have forgot about it entirely!
Let’s take it back to a few weeks ago, when a TikTok user caught Keith in an act so absurd it’s hard to believe EVEN for him! Keith got caught red handed leaving a hate comment—on his own post! Yes, you read that right. Keith, in all his wisdom, decided to PRETEND he was being harassed, by HARASSING himself!
“Yo been making your film for 3 years and it’s still not released, can’t act won’t act 🤷♂️.” That’s the HATE comment Keith Mason left—for HIMSELF. Yes, this grown 42 year old man actually sat down, typed out that insult, and posted it on his OWN TikTok. Let’s be real—this isn’t just embarrassing. This is the behaviour of someone completely unhinged, hellbent on creating drama out of thin air.
Or maybe it’s not just that he’s hellbent on creating drama out of thin air—no, no, that would be too simple, even for Keith. Keith appears hellbent on MANIPULATING the drama he himself concocts, to frame his ex Riona Murdoch, for the harassment (“abuse”) he and his girlfriend Nicole Hudson claim to receive on a “daily basis.”
One thing is painfully obvious, taking time out of your day to write a HATE comment to YOURSELF isn’t just embarrassing—it’s downright pathetic, pitiful and even concerning! If he can write just one horrible and demeaning comment BULLYING and ABUSING HIMSELF, just how many more has he written, or how many more will he write?
Why would Keith go to such absurd lengths with HATING on HIMSELF—albeit accidentally using his main account? To me, it couldn’t be more obvious. Keith is desperate to shift attention away from his own shady antics. Antics that Riona has been bravely revealing ever since she ended their relationship and fled England, fearing for her life because of HIS harassment, despite a judge awarding her a non molestation order against Keith Mason in December 2022. Let’s not forget and take a moment to cast our minds back to West Yorkshire Police’s SPECTACULAR FAILURE to uphold a NON MOLESTATION order against Keith Mason—not once, not twice, but 18 times—before finally deciding to arrest him for the 19th offence. Let’s be clear, a non molestation order IS enforceable from the very first breach. But hey, nothing screams “we take domestic abuse seriously” quite like ignoring a court order 18 times, leaving a victim so terrified they had to flee their own home because you refused to provide adequate protection. Truly, bravo, West Yorkshire Police, BRAVO!
The most tragic part of this entire mess? Keith’s ex, stroke survivor and paraplegic Riona Murdoch, who has had her name dragged through filth by Keith, his girlfriend Nicole Hudson—also known as Nicole Lee, due to her marriage and pending divorce from Howdens Operations Director Julian Lee—and a handful of people duped by Mason and Hudson’s defamatory remarks. Together, they’ve twisted truths and spewed hurtful mistruths, all whilst Riona has been trying to heal from the trauma of what she’s called a “hellish 6 year relationship” with Keith. And as if that wasn’t enough, on top of that she’s also been facing her own personal and family struggles! Here are just a few screenshots of the ordeal she’s endured from Mason’s scorned campaign against her—what she believes are “shame” based attacks aimed at damaging her character and silencing her from speaking out.
If you’re new to the Mason table, you may even be wondering who is this Keith Mason? A question I feel even Keith Mason asks himself these days. Since his rugby heyday, and since riding his ex’s recovery coattails, Keith Mason has contributed absolutely nothing of value; other than fading into the background as an extra—both in movies and in life. It’s blatantly apparent now that the shine he once basked in wasn’t his own; but in fact came from his ex, Riona Murdoch; whose resilience, faith and strength made her the star. Keith? He latched onto Riona’s journey, just as he did the journey of grieving mother Nathalie, whose son Corporal Jake Hartley was killed in the line of duty in 2012, after an IED exploded under the vehicle containing him and 5 other servicemen.
Playing the knight in shining tinfoil is nothing new to Keith, thankfully for Nathalie his rouse was quickly rumbled, calling an end to their relationship. 4 years later Keith re-emerges shamelessly riding the wave of admiration for Riona’s stroke recovery, crafting a narrative where he was her “hero” and he got her “walking.”
Let’s not forget, the short clips Keith Mason proudly flaunted—and still clings to—as proof of his so called “heroic” involvement are nothing but a cringe inducing display of his own self obsession. These clips weren’t about supporting Riona; they were and are about inflating Keith’s fragile ego, desperate for validation he never earned. He paraded her hard earned progress as his OWN achievement, despite Riona being a year into her rehab journey before he even entered the picture. The truth is, Keith didn’t lead, guide, or inspire—he latched on, leeching off her determination and grit in order to prop up the illusion that he was some kind of saviour.
Riona has since made it clear, Keith Mason wasn’t her saviour—he was her setback! Sharing on Instagram that professionals confirmed Keith actually hindered her recovery with his ignorance and lack of expertise. Far from being a hero, he was a liability—yet another stumbling block she had to rise above. Despite his multitude of antics, she pushed forward, even with his interference, proving that her strength and determination were always her own. That reality is why his fragile ego is still in ruins, and why, still to this day, Keith Mason shamelessly REFUSES Riona’s HUMAN RIGHTS to have all unauthorised content depicting her removed from his platforms.
From the various articles I’ve covered highlighting Keith Mason all I can say is that he isn’t just a disgrace—he’s a dangerous disgrace. From what I’ve witnessed—so far, this is someone so wrapped up in entitlement, bitterness, and delusions that they’ll do anything to dodge accountability. The weak attempts he did make to address Islamophobia fell apart fast, exposing his fake apologies and making his hypocrisy louder than any claim to integrity.
Whilst he loves to strut around as an entrepreneur, an author, a philanthropist, and all round good guy that loads of people admire—
let’s cut the fairytale short. Nobody with any sense looks up to him and absolutely nobody respects him. The only ones who do fall for his act are the vulnerable people he manipulates, or the vulnerable people he preys on with his scams. Whilst everyone else watches on, cringing at the spectacle of a man so deluded that he‘s oblivious to how pathetic he’s become.
The sad reality? Keith isn’t even at the bottom of the barrel. He’s not even scraping it, he’s not in it—he’s buried beneath the rotting sludge that’s seeped out of the broken, spilled, and forgotten mess of a barrel. The only thing propping him up is his sugar mummies purse, until such a time as she comes to her senses. At this point, hoping he might one day contribute positively to society feels like hoping for a miracle that’s never going to come.
